Apartment was great- clean, cozy, and really has everything you need ( phone chargers, yoga mat, dumbbells, q-tips, cotton pads, shampoo, etc etc etc etc- Lee did an amazing job stocking apartment with not just the essentials, but also the things you just like to have with you). Location was perfect for my needs, easy walk to bakery, coffee shops, restaurants, market. I will say, if anyone is staying upstairs, you will hear EVERYTHING-footsteps, laughs, conversations. It really didn’t bother me, but i think its good to know before you book ( Lee does state this in the listing, i am just re-iterating) Lee was wonderful with checking in on me vis text to make sure i had everything i needed Really a wonderful stay

My parents stayed at this place and were amazed by how great it was. Lee was super atentive and always making sure we were comfortable and that we didn’t need anything else. I was worried about parking but surely as Lee said, there is always parking spots outside in the street. I would love to stay at his place again in the future!

First and foremost, Lee is an excellent host and really cares about the experience you have. We had a small issue that was not only responded to quickly, but Lee went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I also love how he's really thought of everything to make travel easy- from phone chargers, to spare toiletries, air purifiers, luggage racks and hangers in the closet. We only stayed two days, but this unit would be suitable for longer stays as well- especially with a desk for remote work and a nicely stocked kitchen. We found the bed and linens to be extremely comfortable, and appreciated that the windows had optional shades to block light for deep sleeping. Loved being within a short drive to Green Lake Park- beautiful to go for a stroll and definitely check out Seattle Public Theater. Would love to stay again!

Fantastic place. Lee knows how to take care of his guests. We weren’t there much but when we were it was top notch and comfy. Everything we could need and then some. Don’t let the word basement throw you….there are plenty of large windows bringing in a lot of light.

Despite being in the basement, it is very comfortable and has everything you need and has extra things like shampoo, food, coffee, things that I hadn't seen anywhere else. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and Lee was there the whole time if we needed anything.

While I don’t have any dedicated off-street parking spots, parking is free and easy right out front of the property on the street. You’ll always find an open spot on the block and usually right in front!
