House Rules

🐶 If staying with a dog: do not leave them alone by themselves in the apt if they will bark or whine excessively while you’re out. - No Parties or unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour.

This place was great! The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy! There was a map of local stuff to go check out and try !! If I get the chance to visit Seattle again, I’ll see if I can stay here again !!

I have stayed with Lee more than once, over the course of multiple years, and each time, everything is high quality. All descriptions and pictures are accurate. Response time is usually within minutes, but always very fast. High levels of customer service and cleanliness. Will definitely stay again.

Lee’s communication was spot on, before, during and after, without being obtrusive. You knew he was there if needed. The place is exactly as described and had everything one needs for an at home feel. It was the perfect set up for my dog as well as for me.

I absolutely loved staying at Lee's place! The space was beautiful and spacious. Lee had tons of amenities and items that you could use, especially toiletries, that I thought were extremely helpful during my stay! The area was also super quiet and peaceful, definitely safe for solo travelers like myself. I definitely would stay here again and look forward to visiting Seattle again!

My stay was perfect! The apartment was easy to get into, super cozy, and had everything I needed. It truly felt like home. Lee thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I loved the chocolate that was left — such a thoughtful touch! Communication was great throughout. Even though I had some flight issues getting to Seattle, the stay was completely worth it. I’ll absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Conveniently located halfway between downtown and the airport and only a few blocks drive off the 1-5 highway exit. Parking is FREE and plentiful right out front the building and the bus stop is only one block away with easy access to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, U-district and downtown.
