🤫Building quiet hours of 10pm-8am. The apartment is one of 4 in a small building that I own with 3 other building tenants that I rent to so please be considerate and respectful of them. 🐕Don't leave your dog unattended by themselves if they whine/bark excessively. If I receive a noise complaint I'll ask you to not leave them home by themselves for the rest of the trip. If staying with a dog please minimize hair left behind using blankets and covers provided.

House rules

🐶 If staying with a dog: do not leave them alone by themselves in the apt if they will bark or whine excessively while you’re out. - No Parties or unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour.

Guest access

Self check-in entering through the building's front door keypad entry into the lobby and then open the key box mounted to the wall to the left of the unit's door.

This is one of the very best air b and b’s in which I’ve stayed—so many thoughtful amenities, not kitschy or over done, but homey and pleasant. Super communicative host, great recommendations and a truly comfortable bed. The location is also great! Stay here 100%.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

Find us

Conveniently located halfway between downtown and the airport and only a few blocks drive off the 1-5 highway exit. Parking is FREE and plentiful right out front the building and the bus stop is only one block away with easy access to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, U-district and downtown.
