This is one of four apartments in the building, so please be considerate of neighbors. 🐶 If staying with your dog(s), please add them to the reservation which automatically adds my pet fee to your trip total. 🐕 Dog policy: Please don’t leave pups alone if they bark/whine excessively. Blankets and covers are provided to help keep fur off furniture—thank you for helping us keep things tidy and minimizing allergens for future guests. 🚫🐱 Please note: cats are not permitted at this property under any circumstances. This policy applies to all guests without exception. 🏷️ My pricing is dynamic and changes daily based on demand, availability, season, and local events. House Rules

🐶 If staying with a dog: do not leave them alone by themselves in the apt if they will bark or whine excessively while you’re out. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour. 🚫 No Parties or unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.

Conveniently located halfway between downtown and the airport and only a few blocks drive off the 1-5 highway exit. Parking is FREE and plentiful right out front the building and the bus stop is only one block away with easy access to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, U-district and downtown.
