Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately on Airbnb that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer easily to the unit below you so keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am is very important to me. You're welcome to use the brand new double set of LG washer/dryers in the basement but please be aware these are shared with my downstairs guests and/or used by my cleaners in-between guests. You can access the laundry room by opening the deadbolt door to the basement, walking down the stairs and down the short hallway and the laundry is to your right.

🐶 If staying with a dog: 🐕 1️⃣ Do not leave your dog alone for any significant period of time if they will bark/whine/howl while you’re out. Downstairs unit below you is also an Airbnb listing and their comfort is also very important to me. 2️⃣ Dogs are only allowed on the bed and furniture if you use the provided dog covers/blankets. 3️⃣ Pick up all poop in the yard and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour. 🛁 Hot Tub - Shower before and after use. Broken glass in tub $300 charge. Kids, elderly, pregnant woman use caution. Accessibility

Neighborhood

Maple leaf is a safe family neighborhood making for enjoyable walks past many old craftsman homes and close to many parks, easy access to the highway and still walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Light rail station is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Guest access

You'll have sole (exclusive) use of the entire upstairs apartment and fenced-in front yard with hot tub/dining area. The front yard and all its amenities ARE NOT shared with the basement apartment or anyone else. The basement apartment has it's own private entrance and yard around the side of the house. The laundry room is located in the basement and IS SHARED by the downstairs Airbnb listing.

While I don’t have any dedicated off-street parking spots, parking is free and easy right out front of the property on the street. You’ll always find an open spot on the block and usually right in front!
