Below you is a separate basement apartment with its own private entrance. Because this is an older home, some noise can transfer between units, so we ask guests to be mindful—especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To help everyone have a great experience, the home uses a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors overall noise levels (no audio is recorded). 🐶 If staying with your dog(s), please add them to the reservation which automatically adds my pet fee to your trip total. We also provide dog amenities for your stay: dog beds, bowls, blankets, couch cover, dog towels and doggy bags. 🚫🐱 Please note: cats are not permitted at this property under any circumstances.
