Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately on Airbnb that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer to the unit below you so please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am.

House Rules

🐶 If staying with a dog: 🐕 1️⃣ Do not leave your dog alone for any significant period of time if they will bark/whine/howl while you’re out. Downstairs unit below you is also an Airbnb listing and their comfort is also very important to me. 2️⃣ Dogs are only allowed on the bed and furniture if you use the provided dog covers/blankets. 3️⃣ Pick up all poop in the yard and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour. 🛁 Hot Tub - Shower before and after use. Broken glass in tub $300 charge. Kids, elderly, pregnant woman use caution. Neighborhood

Maple leaf is a safe family neighborhood making for enjoyable walks past many old craftsman homes and close to many parks, easy access to the highway and still walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Light rail station is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire upstairs apartment and fenced yard with hot tub + grill. The shared laundry room (with brand new LG washer/dryers) is in the basement and may also be used by cleaners or the downstairs unit.

Lee was an amazing host, very responsive and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. Loved the privacy of the fences, the home felt warm and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part of the home though was the cedar wood tub!! It was a much needed peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thanks Lee!

This is the second time my two dogs and I have stayed at Lee's beautiful home (a week each time). It is such a cute, comfortable house and is incredibly convenient for getting around Seattle. There are great walking options for the pups, plus a completely fenced in yard (with an amazing hot tub!). It is close to several really good restaurants/bakeries or grocery stores if you want to cook. It is my favorite Airbnb in Seattle and I have stayed at a lot!

Lovely home with a thoughtful layout and good use of space with all the listed amenities and thoughtful details. Near to the U District, and walking distance to Sound Link transit and several good restaurants. Check-in was smooth and the communication was excellent - a great find!

Second time staying with Lee! Place was well stocked and short walk to the Link. Safeway is also a within walking distance if you need to grab a few things. Extremely clean, pups loved the yard, would stay here again!

This was our second stay at one of Lee's properties. I've stayed in Seattle many times and Lee's airbnbs are always the most comfortable. He does a good job of making sure you have everything you need at the house and goes above and beyond with little touches. I loved the hot tub and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Lee has his place with chargers, and different things you might forget when traveling. When you have a question Lee will get right back to you. Lee has set the bar for future stays all over very high! We appreciated all the extra thought put into each room and amenities. Very happy with the stay and would recommend him.

We loved our stay at Lee's place. He was a fantastic host. Quick at responding to anything we needed. We loved cooking in the kitchen, having a cozy living room to watch movies and the hot tub was definitely the cherry on top. We look forward to staying again next time we visit family.

While I don’t have any dedicated off-street parking spots, parking is free and easy right out front of the property on the street. You’ll always find an open spot on the block and usually right in front!
