🐶 If staying with a dog: 🐕 1️⃣ Do not leave your dog alone and uncrated for a significant period of time if you don't trust them not to damage the home while you're out. 2️⃣ Dogs are only allowed on the bed and furniture if you use the provided dog covers/blankets. 3️⃣ Pick up all poop in the yard and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour. 🛁 Hot Tub - Shower before and after use. Broken glass in tub $300 charge. Kids, elderly, pregnant woman use caution. Lee’s home was so nice, we didn’t want to leave. All the amenities were readily available and more! We felt right at home. It was a wonderful short but sweet stay. We plan on staying again in the near future. Loved it!

Lee’s place was perfect for our family (3 adults and 2 children). We booked at the last minute and Lee was responsive right away and so kind and helpful. We LOVED his place. He’s thought of everything like snacks, coffee, cereal. We will absolutely stay here again! Clean, comfortable, easy, peaceful and so much well-thought out space. We all slept super well and didn’t want to leave!

Lee's space was perfect for us. We enjoyed the sizeable living room spaces --- and we really appreciated his selection of board games! We brought a couple board games of our own and were pleasantly surprised to see Settlers of Catan and others available for guests. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent spacious home with tons of thoughtful amenities and personal touches. Affordable without skimping on character. Would stay again. Only caution for light sleepers would be road noise due to proximity to highway.

We stayed at Lee’s place for three nights with our adult daughter, her husband, and their 1-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. We were amazed at how spacious Lee’s place turned out to be, when we walked in. It is like 2 connected complete apartments. Two bedrooms upstairs with a huge kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room. The stairs (pretty steep, with a low ceiling) take you to the basement apartment: 1-bedroom with kitchenette, living room, small bathroom with a nice shower. Out the door of the downstairs section is a nice yard with a hot tub! Clean, not dangerously hot, no chemical fumes. The 4 adults fit just fine. The place had lots of equipment for little kids: toys, pack’n’play baby bed, high chair. And the upstairs apartment has a stacking washer/dryer for everyone’s laundry. Lee is a friendly, responsive host. He communicated frequently with us, asking how things were going and what we might need. He offered us a really great stay!

Find us

The driveway fits one car snugly. There are also three bus stops within two blocks, including one that will take you downtown within 20-30 minutes. The Roosavelt light rail station is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
