Radiant, Low-Key Apartment with powerful A/C

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's cozy house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is not only inviting but also well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family, especially with a kid in tow. Lee was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions and provide helpful information about the area. He went above and beyond by ordering a high chair for our little one, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Lee, for being such a fantastic host and making our trip memorable!

Great place + location. I appreciated the clarity of about the size of the bed, the Fran's chocolates (a fav), and the encouragement to drink Seattle's publicly owned mountain tap water. My companion looked up the address ahead of time and was worried about the state of the building as seen in the photo of the exterior that showed up on street view; he was quite relieved that renovations appear to have taken place since. The renovation appears to have focused on the aspects that make it a comfortable, complete place to stay while still retaining the feeling of an older building, as accurately represented in the listing description. I personally would have liked a simple caffeine fix - tea bag, instant coffee + coconut milk powder, more Fran's chocolates - to keep me charming while waiting for my companion to get ready, but there was plenty of non-instant coffee for people with more fortitude, so I can't deduct points for my idiosyncrasy and lack of coffee making skill.

Lee’s place was awesome. Great amenities, clean & comfortable, and close to lots of good restaurants with a convenience store right down the road. The space itself was beautiful, you can tell the host took the time to make it look and feel like somewhere you’d want to spend your time. Would definitely stay again!

Lee’s place was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. The apartment was full of thoughtful touches and had great air conditioning, and there is plenty of great food within walking distance. Especially good for dogs with the dog bed, and a great neighborhood for walks. Would recommend this to anyone!

We had a great stay at Lee’s place, love the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and easy access to other areas of Seattle. Lee was very helpful, I loved that he provided all the extras (even toothbrush if you forget that!). The apartment is very spacious, bed is comfortable, great kitchen with all the amenities you need, bright and clean with space to work if you need to. Parking is very easy, there was a bed and bowls for my dog Oliver. Would definitely come back again!

This is one of the very best air b and b’s in which I’ve stayed—so many thoughtful amenities, not kitschy or over done, but homey and pleasant. Super communicative host, great recommendations and a truly comfortable bed. The location is also great! Stay here 100%.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal gelegen – der Flughafen war schnell erreichbar und auch ins Stadtzentrum kam man problemlos mit dem Bus. Perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Another perfect return stay-cation. Lee's apartment is a clean, efficient, and a private "home away" for work projects, exploring the area & Seattle. Accurate photos! Great kitchen, W/D, super mattress, fast wi-fi & many channels, movies. Lee is responsive and checks in to assure your comfort. Easy parking, many options if you want to eat out.
