You'll be renting the entire home with exclusive and private access to the fully-fenced front and backyards. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Greenlake and only a few minutes from the on-ramp to 1-5 for easy access to downtown Seattle. Within 10-20 minutes driving distance of: 📍University District 📍Downtown Seattle 📍Wallingford 📍Fremont 📍Ballard
Other Details to Note
Please note that the basement ceilings are lower than the upstairs and between 6-7 feet high throughout the basement, except for the bedroom which is closer to 8 feet high. Also, the house is a block away from I-5 (highway), so there is some minor ambient road noise but it's mostly silenced by newer doubled-paned windows (search reviews to see guests noting that noise wasn't an issue for them).

1️⃣ Do not leave your dog alone and uncrated for a significant period of time if you don't trust them not to damage the home while you're out.
2️⃣ Dogs are only allowed on the bed and furniture if you use the provided dog covers/blankets.
3️⃣ Pick up all poop in the yard and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can.
🚭 Absolutely no smoking tobacco, candles, incense, weed, or illicit substances inside the home or in the yard. $500 fee if this rule is broken, plus actual costs and cleaning billed at $75/hour.

We had a wonderful time at Lee's home. The house was exactly as advertised, and was a nice 15 min walk to an area with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The street was cute and quiet, and we had no problem getting rides into the city.
Lee is an incredibly responsive host, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay at this home again!

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Lee's properties. He is a fabulous host. All of the little details in this house are very thoughtful (easy entry, plugs where you want them to be, hooks for coats or towels, little instructions left all over the house). House was super clean (we travel with dogs and often find many things left behind--not here!). The house was charming and spacious. Backyard is beautiful. We loved the location as it was easy to get to where we needed to be. Thanks for another great stay!

Rarely do you find air bnbs that provide the little things like a qtip or some snacks.
Lee knows how to make you feel right at home in this place and we will definitely be coming back!

Just as described. Convenient location for visiting all Seattle has to offer. Comfortable beds and furniture. Quiet location in nice area. Did not hear the interstate. Hot tub was a nice amenity.

This place is perfect in every way! I have stayed at many ARBNB properties in Seattle and this one has everything. Easy to find, easy to get on the highway, close to campus, private parking, live tv (no other ARBNB I have stayed at has this), and a large dining room, family room kitchen (many don't have dining rooms). All the rooms are very comfortable and Lee has thought of every detail! This was my second time staying at Lee's place and I will again for sure.

Lee’s place looks amazing in the photos and is even better in person. I’ve never stayed at such a well stocked place. Lots of thoughtful touches including coffee, cereal and snacks. Lee is very helpful and responsive.

Lee’s space was the perfect location to host a staycation sleepover for friends. We loved the amount of space, large tables in the dining room and outside and the hot tub!
Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend if someone were looking for a house in that part of Seattle!

My family of six had an awesome stay at Lee’s house! There was plenty of room for everyone with the two floors. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and we loved the private backyard with the hot tub, bbq, and nice landscaping. Lee was also super easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend to others looking for a quiet place to stay that’s still close to Seattle activities.

Lee was a great host, super helpful and communicative! The place was adorable with an amazing attention to detail in every room. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen to cook in and spending time in the beautiful backyard.

The driveway fits one car snugly. There are also three bus stops within two blocks, including one that will take you downtown within 20-30 minutes. The Roosavelt light rail station is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
